VACANCY: SENIOR ARCHITECT

We require the services of an experienced architect to lead bespoke projects

from concept to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accredited M.Arch / M.Tech degree or equivalent

• Professional Registration with NCAQS / NIA

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years minimum proven post-registration experience in architectural design,

technical documentation and project management

Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD 24 & MS Office

Familiarity with JBCC, GCC and White Form building contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing project design development and detail development

• Coordinating and delivering production documentation

• Project implementation, administration and management

• Mentoring of junior architects and interns

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

Thoroughness, methodical thinking, creativity, enthusiasm, commitment,

confidence, ability to work in and manage a professional team, disciplined 

time management.

SALARY:

Negotiable
